We are Alison & Drew and we look forward to being your hosts whilst you enjoy your stay here in the west of Scotland.
We are located in Sandbank, Dunoon, just five minutes drive from Hunters Quay ferry terminal and just 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Holy Loch Marina. We are also located less than 5 minutes drive from the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park

As of July 2022 we have been awarded 4-star quality rating by both Visit Scotland and by Booking.com.
We offer quality overnight bed and breakfast accommodation where a very warm and friendly welcome awaits all of our guests, so if there is anything we can do for you then please do let us know.
All of our rooms are strictly no smoking, all have their own private en-suite and all have views overlooking the Holy Loch .
Our superior “Harris” room’s en-suite includes both a shower AND a lovely deep bath, allowing you to relax and soak for a while after your busy day of exploration around Argyll, the nearby Arrochar Alps or your visit to Glasgow and the surrounding area!
Each room is also equipped with a mini fridge, a hairdryer, a television providing freeview access to scores of channels, and free wifi is provided for all of our guests.
Guests booking 4 or more nights with us, will upon request receive a return ferry ticket (1 x driver and 1 x passenger per room booked) to/from Gourock.

We intend to make your stay here in Dunoon as memorable and as comfortable as possible. Our aim is to grow our reputation and become the finest Bed and Breakfast in Argyll & Bute! To do this we must ensure that all of our guests are completely satisfied with the experience we offer. The Glasgow Children’s Hospital does a fantastic job caring for sick children from all walks of life. We are committed to donating £1 for each room booked per night! For example if a group books 2 rooms for 3 nights then we will donate £6 to the Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.
So not only will you have a lovely and relaxed stay with us, you will also know that you are helping to fund a wonderful charity as well as helping to maintain excellent standards of care for kids in the west of Scotland when they absolutely need it most.
