King size room with en-suite from £90 per night.

Double room with en-suite (bath & shower) from £85 per night,

Single room with en-suite from £65 per night.  This room has a full size single bed and it is not be possible to accommodate an extra person in this room.

All rooms have their own private en-suite, tea / coffee making facilities, a mini-fridge, free WiFi and a Television with dozens of freeview channels, so you are assured of a comfortable and homely stay. You can also relax by making yourself at home in the comfort of our guest lounge.

Prices include a full Scottish breakfast or Continental breakfast if that is your preference.
