Have no hesitation in going back
The genuine warmest of welcomes, every precaution regarding covid 19 was spot -on, the room and en-suite were spotless, didn’t have a poor nights sleep as the bed was so comfortable, the room also had tea-making facility (and biscuits).the guest lounge had everything to pass a quiet night away. Food!… The selections are endless, and cooked to taste” wonderful “. We had a super time here which was helped by two lovely people ,the owners Drew& Alison ,all in all the best B&B we have been to. As you may have guessed we had an exceptional stay.

Great B&B on Cowal
I cannot praise this place highly enough. Beyond clean which is obviously a concern at the moment. Well organised too for the current climate and lovely breakfast which was staggered with the other guests. Good location to get to Dunoon and the rest of Cowal and can park at the property too.

Fantastic, spotless and great location. Could not ask for better hosts!
First of all – the owners Alison and Drew were perhaps the sweetest and most accommodating hosts you could ask for. They couldn’t have possibly done any more for us! The BnB was absolutely spotless, the decor was fantastic and cosy throughout the entire building. Breakfast in the morning was of excellent quality ( especially the freshly laid eggs ) and it prepared exactly at the right time as we had requested. The owners were well organised and on top of everything like pros. The rooms were like i said spotless, the beds were superbly comfortable. The showers were great, there was plenty of towels, there was coffee and tea equipment in every room – there was even a fridge in every room stocked with water and fresh milk! ….. I honestly could not recommend this place enough, and i wish all the best to Alison and Drew in the future – we will most certainly be back again perhaps near the end of the month! Thank you!

LikedVery clean, host Alison and Drew were very friendly and made our 2 night stay as comfortable as any other 5 star hotel. Breakfast was out of this world. We would definitely come back to stay at this B&B if we were planning to come back to Dunoon.

South AfricaWe planned the trip around a visit to Benmore Botanical Garden and it turned out really well.
LikedFriendly welcome, spotlessly clean and comfortable room and en suite. Breakfast was cooked to order and top class- we even asked who supplied the bacon and sausages and went off to buy some for our freezer at home. Car parked off road in private driveway and perfectly safe. Plenty of extra touches to make the stay very pleasant.
DislikedWe find it difficult to suggest any improvement. And we would be first to express disappointment if a B&B was below standard.

EXCEPTIONAL B&B
LikedThe owners are so welcoming, lovely and so helpful. They did one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had. The room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed. The view from my room was stunning, looking over Holy Loch. Beautiful landmarks like the Benmore Botanic Garden are within a short distance drive. I am looking forward to come back again!

LikedA very warm welcome from Drew and Allison. The house is beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is a small fridge in the room with complimentary bottles of water and milk. There is a kettle and a marvellous selection of tea and coffee and lots of biscuits and sweets. Our bathroom was big and had a lovely modern bath with an overhead shower. Everything was gleaming and the towels were big and fluffy and brilliant white. The breakfast was the best we have ever had, with a great choice. Allison’s scrambled eggs were delicious, and so was her home made jam . We can’t praise them enough , we had a lovely stay and hope to go back soon.
