Booking.com Quality Recognition Award

2020 was a challenging year for everyone! It certainly was for us as it was our first year of opening! Due to the Covid-19 outbreak we couldn’t open on 1st April 2020 as planned – we had to wait (like the rest of the hospitality industry in Scotland) until 15th July 2020. Even though we had a very short season we are delighted to advise that we received a Quality Recognition Award from Booking.com – for exceptional service during 2020.

2021 was a much busier year for us and we welcomed many more guests. Once again Booking.com presented us with another award for exceptional service during 2021! We are delighted that in our first 2 years we have received these prestigious awards for exceptional service from Booking.com.

Thank you to all our guests for taking the time to review us on Booking.com and other travel platforms – without you we wouldn’t have been able to demonstrate the level of service that we offer!
